Affordable dentist needed

My fiance needs to go to the dentist. We have health insurance but our dental covers nothing but a basic check up. Do you know any good or affordable dentist? Maybe one that offers financing. We can afford about 3 grand out of pocket. Credit is mediocre. Maybe on that offers some financing for major work. Any advice on a fair dentist would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
