Does anyone know if Black Cedar Mulch is sold in Houston?

I planned on doing my yard today, I've been to two Garden Centers but they either have black (non cedar) or ceder (natural).

I can't seem to find my preferred black cedar mulch.

Does anyone happen to know where I could get this?
