The Two Faced Boyfriend

Ask Lissy, I’m sending you this note to see if I can get some help. I love my boyfriend, we’ve been together now for about a year. Here is my problem, whenever my boyfriend “Steve” and I are together it’s a great time. We hardly ever argue and get along really well. He’s always so nice to me and makes sure I’m always happy. But when his friends come around or we go to a family event for his family, Steve changes on me. He usually drinks too much and either ignores me or starts picking on me and making fun of me in front of his family and friends. I’m tired of it and want to end it but my friends think he’s such a nice guy because they have only met nice Steve. They don’t know mean Steve when he starts drinking.
