Fellow asians, who is a blonde expert you would recommend?

I'm really weary trying new salons and stylists, but I really want to go from black to light blonde! I know it's different to bleach different hair types, so I'm looking specifically for an expert in bleaching thick, black, Asian, hair 😅

Bonus if it takes less sessions, as I live an hour away from Houston!
