Renting in Greater Inwood?

Lease is ending in a few months and rent is going up (I live in Cypress, got a good rate cause of COVID). I was wondering if Greater Inwood would be a decent place to live. I'm mainly looking for safety, don't want to worry about random crime. Thanks!
