Sneak peek: Long-awaited fine dining restaurant March opens fully this month

March, which opened initially as a lounge last year, will open fully as a fine dining restaurant March 31. 

It’s a one-year delay from when Houston-based Goodnight Hospitality originally planned to open March in 2020. The restaurant at 1624 Westheimer Road will initially offer six- or nine-course tastings exploring the Maghreb, a region in Northwest Africa in the Mediterranean.
