Places to throw a frisbee for dogs near Hermann park?

I should know better, but I haven't spent any time in the area in a few years. Google turned up nothing useable, and I don't want to get hassled for having my dogs off leash. Are there any good fields or parks where I let my knuckleheads run free and throw a frisbee near Hermann Park or in the Rice/med center area?
