Is it crazy to think the Bears probably offered the same package for Watson?

If they offered all that for Wilson I have a hard time believing they wouldn’t offer the same for Watson. If we assume that’s true, what do you feel would move the needle if anything?

EDIT: I’m not asking if you think the Bears offer is a good deal. I’m saying the Texans likely turned down the same offer. What do you feel would be the proper value?
