Does anyone live near a wastewater treatment plant?

Considering moving to a house that backs up to a wastewater treatment plan. Wondering about the smell and other issues I might be facing. When I went to the house it was a pretty cool day and not windy so I couldnt smell anything. Not sure if that would be the case during the summer or on windy days.

Anyone have any advice?
