Refusing Service to non-mask wearing customers?

Seeing as how Abbott has granted us with a death sentence, I was wondering if I could refuse service to people not wearing masks, without getting a discrimination lawsuit. Could the discrimination case actually work in court, or is it 100% in my hands to be able to set my own regulations in my own store?
