Nobody wants to enforce the mask mandate

I go to a business yesterday and nobody inside is wearing a mask. I ask the manager to put on her mask, and she says "we're doing strenuous activity". Inside. I call Katy PD to ask who enforces the mandate, and they pass me off to the sheriff's dept. Their dispatch then fills me in that because it's Lina Hidalgo's order, her office has to tell them when to go and where to enforce. Am I living in crazy town?! Why TF do so many oeoe not give a s**t? I'm fed up. I had covid and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
