Railway noise question

Hello all, my wife and I are currently looking for a home and are interested in the area around Mason Park in the Lawndale area. Some of the homes seem to back right up to a frieght line and we are just wondering if anyone here can give us some insight into the frequency of trains on that line and the general noise level of being that close to that specific track.
