Does anyone know where to refill on water?

I was very fortunate to have 2x 5 gal jugs during the freeze/water shortage around the city. However I'm running out of water and I can't find a place where a water refill station is working/available (I usually go to Kroger or HEB, I live around Meyerland).

Could anyone kindly suggest a place to refill on clean water?

My main concern is if it's even clean to begin with (the boil water notice and all)

Last I have checked, Meyerland HEB, Kroger (South Post Oak and Kirby) don't have working/clean stations. In case anyone needs this info too
