Plumbing tip: getting your pipes replaced by a plumber is more expensive than using a repipe company.

My parents repiped their house a few years ago. The plumber was going to charge $6k, but the repipe company only charged $4k.

Definitely worth looking into. Demand is high so prices might have gone up.
