Which team in the history of the NFL was/is in a worse state than what the Texans is right now?

I’m not talking about on-field performance because we did go 4-12, better than the Jets. But even the Jets technically have “hope for the future”. As a Texans fan, the future just seems so damn bleak. So my question is, who had it worse than us before? Just to provide some comfort knowing that we can probably go through this darkest of times.
