Where/how do I submit defensive driving information for dismissal of speeding ticket? Letter from courts doesn’t say, neither does their website

I have to send my defensive driving certificate this week to the houston municipal courts, there letter doesn't tell me how to do this. Just that I have to complete it before a certain date.

I checked their website and it has information for contesting tickets and what not, but nothing about how I submit this information?

Anyone done this and can help out?
