Outsider question concerning Watson

So to be up front, I am a dolphins fan and would be interested in trading for Watson. With that said, is it in the best interest of the Texans to trade Watson? From what I can see, the Texans are going to have to start a rebuild. You are over the cap and the roster needs work. To top it off the Texans have no draft picks until the third round. As things stand now, I see no way to actually start a rebuild right now. With that in mind, would it be best for the team to trade Watson so you can start your rebuild similar to what the fins did 2 years ago?
