Would it be the worst thing if Deshaun sat out next year?

If he sits out he doesn't lose a year on his contract and doesn't get the wear and tear of an NFL season. Texans get a better pick as we will lose without him. Texans don't have to sign Will Fuller because you don't need to get weapons for D4? Am I insane for seeing this as a win?
