[Serious] How can I get an opossum (possum?) to come live in my backyard?

I have a very small non-functional backyard that backs up to the street. I don't plan on using it, nor do I have a pet that'll use it. Due to its position, it gets kinda dark and damp without much sunlight. I fear it'll be attractive to pests especially roaches. Ech. And I prefer not to spray insecticide for multiple reasons.

Considering how awesome opossums are, how can I get one to come live in my backyard? I'd like for it to be its little home where it can be fugly in peace, and eat some bugs while they're at it.
