Texans PSL Question

Not looking to get bashed for posting this so please just relevant responses. Looking to plan ahead for future and buy some PSLs for the family. Obviously could get a better deal now especially if Deshaun is traded. If I bought PSLs but didn’t want to purchase season tickets until the Texans aren’t a dumpster fire anymore, would I lose my PSLs? In other words I own the PSLs but want to opt out of buying the season tickets. I would believe that the Texans would probably take away the PSLs. Am i correct in assuming this? They would lose too much money if they allowed this would be the common sense answer to me. I’ve researched as much as I can but couldn’t find an answer to this question. Any help would be appreciated.
