I am once again asking for dessert recommendations

Houston restaurants in the loop with amazing desserts? Trying to figure out where I’m having my bday dinner & to me honestly the most important part of my meal is dessert. Restaurant can be max up to about $50 per person, in the loop & nothing with chocolate. Maybe I’m just terrible at googling but I honestly can’t find what I’m looking for. I keep getting dessert shops, bakeries etc… but what I want is a place to eat dinner then order an amazing dessert. Thanks
