Can you walk from George R Brown to Eado?

Judging from the map, I can see that you can walk along Rusk (and formerly Polk) to cross from downtown to Eado, but is there a way to walk through the George R Brown center from Discovery Green to end up at Huynh (or where Kim Son used to be before it went out of business)?
