Home buyer calls

I think everyone has gotten these calls at some point, but their typical recorded calls and immediately hang up. ("Hello, Lawrence/lawdry")

Lately though, it seems like they've changed and are targeted.

I don't block the numbers because it's useless, and answer because I don't want to deal with the vmx hassle.

Is everyone dealing with these same issues?
