Fun ideas for a company holiday party in Downtown Houston?

We’re planning our office holiday party in Downtown Houston this December, and participants will be about 120 people at The Ballroom at Bayou Place. Last year’s karaoke night got a little chaotic, so this time we’re hoping for something less chaotic and more interactive, like a photobooth. We've been thinking about including setups where people can take pictures and get printed or digital copies right away, something fun and shareable, but still fits a corporate crowd. Any Houston vendors you’ve used for corporate events?
