I’m 19 where do I talk to people

I recently moved cities and don’t know anyone in my new town and haven’t met anyone. I’m at a slow point in life waiting to be negative on drug tests so I can start doing real work and am losing connections to my friends where do people like me go to talk to people.i feel like im at a stale point in life with nothing to do or anyone to conversate with. I’ve been drinking daily and when I drink I end up wanting to talk to people but they’re all asleep when I want to talk. Any ideas are welcome
