The Texas Standard team is bringing the show to Houston on Friday, 11/14. It's all part of Texas Standard's year-long 10th anniversary celebration.

Join Houston Public Media on Friday November 14, from 5–7 p.m. at Saint Arnold Brewing Company as we celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Texas Standard!

Enjoy an evening of fun, music, and community featuring special guests from Houston Public Media and Texas Standard — including David Brown, host of Texas Standard.

We'll have live music from Hello Houston's Jim Kovacik and his band, The Surrealtors — a Texas acoustic duo featuring Jim and his brother George, performing a mix of pop, country, rock, and R&B favorites from the '60s to today.

Plus, Shop Local Market will host an artisan market showcasing talented Houston artists, makers, and small businesses — the perfect way to discover local favorites while celebrating this milestone.

Come out, raise a glass, and celebrate ten years of Texas storytelling.
