Barber that cuts and does braids

Hello! My boyfriend finally agreed to trim up his sides and get braids IF I can find him a good barber to do it. He has a tiny bit shaved on the sides and back like the first photo. He’s hoping to keep the shaved part smaller like it is. However, he would need to have the line straightened out and then faded. Along with the two (I’m assuming French) braids, whatever holds up the longest. Does anyone have any barbers female or male that would be able to do the job?
