Obscure chinese dish (guo bao rou)

Hi there, new to Houston, moved to midtown last year. I have asked all my co-workers and people I met but no one seems to know where I can find this chinese dish called guo bao rou. It's kind of like sweet and sour pork, but with much more finesse. I'm willing to go so far for this!

Anyone heard of a restaurant that would serve it?
