Any franchise worse than Texans?

Are the Texans the only team in the entire league to never even reach their conference championship game? Every other team in the AFC has at least reached conference championship. Not sure about the NFC. Maybe Detroit hasn’t. Anyhow, Texans are a disgrace. Hopefully mcnairs will sell to someone with an IQ over 50. Maybe someone who made their own fortune rather than being born into it.
