Cherry Block Craft Butcher + Kitchen leaving Bravery Chef Hall for 2 permanent locations

Cherry Block Craft Butcher + Kitchen, a concept that began at Bravery Chef Hall, will open two permanent locations this year. 

In the spring, the company will open a full-scale butcher and market, Cherry Block Craft Butcher + Market, at 5305 Highway Blvd. in Katy. It will sell both wholesale and retail meat through partner Felix Florez’s wholesale distribution company, Falcon Lake Farms. It will have a dry-aging room, custom bacon and seasonings as well as chef-prepared meals.
