Exposed Backyard Power Line Cable

Good morning Houston!

I need advise.

Who should I contact about this exposed power line in our backyard? I know this should be atleast 18 inches below the ground? I looked up google and said I can send a request at our local precinct or call centerpoint energy/utility company, but maybe some of ya’ll were in this situation before and can advise best and faster way that someone can come and bury it.
