Micro wedding venues

Hello all! Got engaged a few weeks ago and my fiancé and I want to get married in December 18th or 19th since we will be moving out of Texas for a few years in January.

I know it is so last minute, but are there any venues or places that y’all know that can host something very small (maybe no more than 40 people) in a short notice!

If not then some advice on which courthouse would be good. Thank you in advance!
