Higgins?

Haven’t seen much of Jayden Higgins. He’s made a few good catches but nowhere near the workload I expected to see. To me drafting him this high meant he would be a WR2 option ASAP, or at least get the chance to be one. He has had a few drops and I’ve heard others say he isn’t getting open, so I do want to know: is he just not able to take advantage of his opportunities yet? Or is he not even being schemed in properly?
