Gyms in the clear lake area – EOS , planet fitness or Texas Flex

I have recently moved to the clear lake area. I am looking for a gym, there is an EOS gym that looks nice but I hear there are problems cancelling the membership when you want to.

I am thinking about planet fitness in Webster, but heard that it is packed with homeless people.

Texas flex looks nice but is a little bit of a driver from my apartment.
