It’s Time to Hold People Accountable. (I would love your opinion in the comments)

Demeco Ryans has yet to field a disciplined team in his tenure as the head coach here in Houston. Some of the most head scratching game management decisions to go along with seemingly not holding people accountable after countless games with penalties and mistakes, red flags have been raised.

  • Jaylin Noel has been excellent for us returning punts and kicks this year and we come out with Braxton Berrios back deep?? Where is Demeco stepping in to cut that out??

  • Dare Ogunbowale plays more meaningful snaps last night against Seattle. THE EXPERIMENT IS OVER. He’s not good and he makes mistakes constantly when he’s in the game. Stop playing him.

  • Have you ever felt like we’ve had the coaching advantage in a single game under Demeco Ryans? Probably not and that’s an issue.

Nick Caley’s inability to adapt to us not being able to the run the ball last night (amongst other things) was horrendous. Back to back runs on 3rd and 4th down is absolutely a fireable offense and he should be fired tomorrow. Hiring a rookie OC in win now mode was not the right answer and now the season is over in part due to this decision.

CJ Stroud, although I don’t think it’s all his fault, he looks totally panicked every time he drops back. Running backwards nearly taking a safety, throwing into coverage, and inaccurate balls sum up his performance last night. Sam Darnold totally outplayed him.

Nick Caserio should be fired at the end of the season. Drafting two receivers on DAY 2 and we’re not even trying to get them the ball because the entire operation is a mess due to lack of an offensive line is a fireable offense. It’s time to move on.

I said it last night and I’ll say it again, I wouldn’t bat an eye if we decided to fire the entire staff today and move a different direction.

WE LOOKED LIKE THIS AFTER A BYE WEEK??? WE HAD 15 DAYS TO PREPARE!

Rant over.
