Navigating ship channel from Rio Villa in Channelview to Stingarees on north side Crystal Beach.

As the title says, i want to navigate from rio villa, neighborhood located on the san jacinto river north of i10, to stingarees, a restaurant located on the north side of crystal beach. Looking at the map it seems plausible however are there any rules i need to know about regarding some sections of the ship channel?

I have navigated from I-10 to Battleground (lynchburg ferry area) and northern sections of the trinity bay, but this would be my first solo trip that far south.

Does anyone have any input?

I will be in a 220 single motor 24’ center console fishing boat that can handle the bay and near coast well but it does struggle on anything less than 18” of water.
