Colliers Houston hires new director of retail services from Transwestern

Wade Greene, formerly of Transwestern’s retail services group, is Colliers International’s new principal and director of retail services in Houston. 

Colliers Houston President Patrick Duffy said the efforts to build the company’s established office and industrial teams are mostly done, with retail next to develop.
