Dupont, former executive indicted for toxic release that killed four La Porte plant employees in 2014

Update: Dupont and Sandel entered not guilty pleas at their Jan. 19 arraignment hearings, the Houston Chronicle reports. Sandel was released on unsecured bond pending trial but had to surrender his passport and agree not to leave the U.S. A trial is set for March 29.
