White oak music hall parking

So I plan on going to the Djo concert this Sunday and had a quick question on the parking over there. I know it’s pretty crowded and awful and I wasn’t able to pre order the tickets online since they became unavailable. If I show up early, could I get the parking pass in person? If so, how early should I show?
