Rehab for Dogs Recommendations

Looking to see who has good experiences with rehab centers for pets. My dog has osteoarthritis and would like to start managing his pain and building his strength so I can reduce meds or help him have a better everyday life. He’s not severe yet but want to try my best, he’s 15. I have heard of CHAH/Bounce from referral but not sure if there are other better places. TIA!
