Water bill doubled

Anybody else's water bill basically doubled this month?

Went through the bill, and only used 1000 gallons more than last month (3000gals) and the culprit was that "Residential Consumption Water Charge" basically went from like $8 to $33+

Just tryna see if this is an error or some change that I missed. Thanks!
