Dim Sum with cart suggestions

I plan on going to dim sum tomorrow and I have been to a number of places: Ocean Place, Dim Sum King, Kim Son, Fungs to name a few. I wanted to try somewhere new. I want to go to a resturant that serve their dishes on the carts that they push around. Any other places to try? Bonus if they have good Taro puffs and salted egg lava buns.
