NHL Team in Houston?

I'm from Canada (bordering Detroit, MI). I wanted to know your thoughts on an NHL team in Houston, if the opportunity ever came about

I can imagine that hockey in the State of Texas is not big at all. It probably takes the backseat to college football, then the NFL… then high school football (And basketball and baseball)… Still, the success of the Dallas Stars is a promising direction for the NHL in Texas. You would have the rivalry with Dallas, and you could share the arena with the Houston Rockets, as the Toyota Center can house almost 18,000 fans for hockey

I'm not sure of the climate for the NHL in the state, but being the 4th largest market in the country, it's almost bound to happen. What do you guys think? Would you support it?

By the way, I've never been to Houston, let alone Texas, but I would love to go someday. I've heard nothing but good things about the city and the people there, and would love to know what there is to do when I decide to make a trip out. Thanks!
