Is it the Playcalling or the OLine or CJ or the Run Game?

What is wrong with the offense? I can't tell, it just looks terrible and slow and I never count on them to score. It's just so depressing because teams like the Ravens you are shocked when they don't convert, even teams like the Chiefs 0-2 rn you expect Mahomes to convert obvious opportunities. Every time we get a first down I expect a penalty, sack, or 3 and out right after, I'm always flummoxed when we actually advance again. The OLine doesn't pass the eye test, CJ looks rushed and accuracy suffers, the run game gets a big play 5% of the time and nothing the other 95%. Playcalling lacks any dynamic aspect. Can someone who understands this better let me know what is the biggest problem, everything just looks broken even Nico Collins.
