Gender affirming haircut places?

Hey guys! I'm a genderfluid teen in Houston! I was wondering if anyone knew a good place to get a gender affirming haircut. Recently I've been wanting a more masculine look an the short hair I have rn doesn't rly look masculine. I just want my hair to look more shaggyish. Idk. But the place has to have cheap or at least decent pricing bcs money is a struggle. If anyone has any good recommendation pls let me know!
