Mediterranean Open Buffet breakfast

Just moved to Houston and have been here for about a week. I’ve been staying in hotels, and honestly… I can’t handle what they call “breakfast.” Do people here really consider that breakfast? Seriously asking—wouldn’t you prefer a Mediterranean breakfast?
