Stupid Upside Down Sign

Kinda a weird post but this guy bothers me sooo much. Everywhere near my house (I live in the galleria area) there are lots of billboards with this one lawyer that are upside down, I know that this is a tactic to make people look up/remember his company but doe it even work? like who would look at that sign and say 'oh yes I definitley want to hire a lawyer who markets with a stupid upside down billboard! I am curious if i am the only one who is bothered by it or if its just my ocd talking.
