My friend (28) and his mom (62) are homeless and can’t find anywhere that will take them in

They’ve been homeless for a couple months now and are currently sleeping outside in the heat. They used to do DoorDash and sleep in their car but unfortunately the motor blew. I’ve been calling and calling different homeless shelters but none can take them in. Does anyone have any advice? Anyone know of any places that can take them in, or any place that’s hiring that will give them a chance? They are both drug free and willing to work full time.
