Does anyone know what is going on with Texas Excel Property Management?

This is a long shot, but I live in one of their apartment complexes (affordable non section 8 housing). First, the website got taken down, then the payment portal is no longer working- but would be fixed soon, and now they are accepting money orders only? Does anyone have a clue on what is going on?
