The Chronicle ran a sarcastic editorial defending Houston’s internationalism from right-wing conspiracies: “Bless you for showing the world what Houston looks like at our best. Last week, the right-wing provocateur, whose racism once got her banned from Uber and Lyft, took to Twitter to share the Houston Chronicle’s video of injured Palestinian children arriving at George Bush Intercontinental Airport to receive world-class medical treatment.”
